Book Two of Percy and the Olympians and, well tell me. Are you familiar with The Bermuda Triangle?
And are you aware of the many perils it's supposed to withold and be the cause of so many missing boats and people and stuff like that?
I know you want the whole truth so just keep reading.
Book two of the series is as good as the first no doubt. Although I am not one to critizice too harshly when the story overall is so great. The point stands, in my opinion the Sea of Monsters is as thrilling and as fun as The Lightning Thief. Though things have changed A LOT this year which was fun and infuriating to see.
To start off, we change camp directors, then it tturns out the camp is alarmingly frail with no magic tree barrier to protect it and guess what? Percy turns out to have a new sibling! And that makes things a little more interesting as one would imagine. Clarrisse Le' Rue, daughter of Ares, also makes an impression and a weird alliance forms. All for the good of the camp. Okay, well most of this.
If you've managed to follow along with the different weirdo Greek names and remember what the gods are gods of, then congrats! If not, than trust me, you'll get there. And in the end you'll be surprised at your knowledge of Greek Mythology. So, let's keep on sailing on this awesome journey with what is my favorite character ever, and see how far we go.
